Carole wears many hats in her life and every one is made with a fabric combining teaching and nature. Each summer since 2001 she has served as Ecology and Conservation Director as well as Chaplain at a local Boy Scout camp. Largely self taught with no limits, Cal has made archery tackle from local materials and taken deer with stick and stone. He has become an authority teaching many classes on primitive archery where students make their own gear. He has also been involved with the Mid Atlantic Primitive Skills group as instructor in various subjects of earth living skills.

Howard is an instructor with Coyote Trails School of Nature and has taught naturalist skills, earth living skills, including tracking and a philosophy of living with joy and peace to many folks of all ages in this country.  Born in Southeastern Pennsylvania from the fertile soils of the piedmont area, Howard connected to nature as an infant having woods and a large pond full of wildlife in his backyard.
