Offered to ages 16-70+
Our head chef and staff present this week as an opportunity to track the inter-connectedness of diet, nourishing traditions and earth care-taking. Using indigenous cooking methods and supplementing a whole foods diet with wild harvested plants, we will further our relationship with food, farming and foraging. Skills and Activities include: primitive cooking, wild harvesting, education in whole foods nutrition, eating with the seasons, meal planning, mindful movement and meditation, and trips to the farmers market, local family farms and grocery store.
Tuition: $675 per week
$985 for 2 people (child with parent or guardian)
$500 for each additional family member
