There are few things more exciting than slicing into your first round of home-made cheese. While making cheese is an art form that can take years to master, making a simple raw-milk farm cheese is easy and exciting. All it takes is the right tools, a little know-how, and some time. In this hands-on class we will create both a simple hard farm cheese, and farm fresh mozzarella. Come to class ready to roll up your sleeves and cut some curd! As well as getting hands-on knowledge and some cheese to take home, you will receive cheese recipes and a complete list of tools and books needed to make cheese and where to get them.
