Program Registration:
Application and Acceptance Processes
We believe our programs work best and have the most
positive effect on lives when students return year
after year. We therefore try to give priority to our
returning students.
We begin to allocate spaces for our summer programs by
March 1 of the calendar year for which you are registering.
Classes book early so please plan accordingly.
If classes are full or you are NOT accepted, we will refund
your $300 deposit.
To Apply
Complete the appropriate application form(s). Click here to obtain
your application forms.
Please complete one application for each person
attending. Mail the completed application form
with your $300 Per Person NON-REFUNDABLE
deposit. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. We also
accept personal checks or Money Orders, drawn on
a U.S. bank. Please make checks payable to Coyote Trails
School of Nature.
Coyote Trails School of Nature accepts students from all walks
of life, of any gender race, religion,
sexual preference, or ethnic background. We accommodate
those with disabilities
to the best of our ability, however, due to the strenuous
nature of some activities, not
everyone can attend. Please consult with us and/or your
physician if you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours
prior to the first day of class. Only $100 of your $300
per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is
applicable, one time, to another class within the same calendar
year. If cancellation occurs within 48-hours of the first
day of class, or if you fail to attend without notification,
your deposit for this class will be forfeited. In this
event, your credit card may be charged for the entire cost of
the class. So please, notify us of any changes with your
