Jason I.
Jason
is currently a teacher with the Olentangy School
District. He has taught fourth grade for the past four
years and will be teaching seventh grade science beginning in
the fall. Jason has always had an affinity for the
outdoors and teaching. His first inspiration came from
his high school Native American Studies teacher who
incorporated the teachings of Tom Brown Jr. in his class.
This led Jason to ultimately receive a B.S. in Environmental
Education and a M.S.T. in Elementary Education. In
addition, Jason has taken classes with Tracker School,
Earth-Heart and Wilderness Awareness School including six
months in the residential program.
